The accessibility and W3C web design and development
standards we work to...

... are very high indeed. We follow the strictest standards laid down by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the World Accessibility Initiative's (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

On each new project, we look to help and guide both design and technical teams through the 'best approach' to not only delivering a killer system, but delivering a robust, scalable and usable system.

Every project is tested through a host of user environments (PCs, Macs, assistive-technologies and text based browsers), ensuring that the Disability Discrimination Act's (DDA) and Disability Rights Commission's (DRC) criteria is fully met as well as the client's CSR targets.

We advise on the correct use of 'richer media', such as Flash and movie clips. A large portion of our client base work within the media industry and thus it is of key importance that both content and visual needs are fully addressed.

Technically, our design templates are built using the strictest XHTML specifications with visual styles handled currently through CSS2.

For projects that need to adhere to the latest eGif (eGov) standards, we can also provide advice and recommendations with regard to adoption of Dublin Core metadata standards, information interchange and wide-area content management issues.

How we use these standards...

We do not wish for our clients to have to worry about accessibility issues and dealing with long checklists of dos and don'ts. That's our job!

Every project we deliver, no matter how small, we follow the strictest of W3C guidelines. It is a core part of our service and we don't even charge extra for it!
