Coast Communications case study

Website design and build
Partners worked with:
Flash features development - Boiled Rice
Formed in 2003 (the same year as us coincidentally), Coast Communications has grown rapidly, providing consumer and B2B public relations services to a wide range of commercial and professional organisations in the City and South East.
What we did
The design team at Coast already had a good idea as to the branded look and feel they wished to present through the web. We were asked to examine the concepts and make recommendations as to how best to transpose the design brief to the web browser.
With that stage complete, we then began to template the design artwork into W3C standards compliant XHTML/CSS2, ensuring that the site could accommodate certain Flash elements without hindering the overall usability and accessibility of the site.
Once the templates were ready, we then helped Coast review their content and overall 'web style', prior to insertion into the new site.
As with many of our more boutique clients, this particular project did not necessitate the use of a content management system, and we handle content changes as required by client request.
The current site went live in January 2007 and is available at http://www.coastcommunications.co.uk.

Director, Coast Communications
"We have worked with sure horizon since we first launched Coast Communications back in 2003.
The reason for this is that they are focused on what we need to achieve as a business. They are not just another web design firm!"
